PGA golfer Harrison Frazar played on the PGA Tour and the Web.com Tour and currently plays on the PGA Tour Champions. Frazar was playing the PGA Tour on a medical exemption which required him to earn over $600,000 in 11 tournaments to earn his 2011 PGA Tour card.
