The 21-year-old defeated China’s Bo Jin by one stroke to win the 2022 Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship at the Amata Spring Country Club in Thailand.
He joined Curtis Luck and Antonio Murdaca as the third Australian event winner with his triumph. The Masters and The Open, two of golf’s greatest and most renowned competitions, invited Harrison as a result of his victory.
