Sergio Giavanni Kitchens, better known by his stage name Gunna, is a rapper from the United States. Young Thug’s record label, YSL Records, as well as 300 Entertainment and Atlantic Records, have signed him.

Gunna was born in the Georgia town of College Park. His mother reared him, and he has four older brothers.

He began making music when he was fifteen years old. He grew up listening to artists such as Cam’ron, Chingy, and Outkast.

Gunna went to Langston Hughes High School and North Springs Charter School of Arts and Sciences.

Under the moniker Yung Gunna, Gunna released the mixtape Hard Body in 2013.

Feature Keith “King” Troup, a close friend and community member who died in December 2015, introduced Gunna to American rapper Young Thug.

Thug’s single “Floyd Mayweather,” from his commercial mixtape Jeffery, featured him alongside American rappers Travis Scott and Gucci Mane.

Drip Season, Gunna’s debut mixtape, was released on October 14, 2016 via YSL Records.

Young Thug, Lil Duke, and Nechie were among the YSL members who performed.

On May 11, 2017, he released the mixtape Drip Season 2.

Sergio was raised by his mother and four other siblings; one of his brothers died in 2006. The actual names of his siblings are not known to the public yet according to our sources.
