Greg Norman, a legendary golfer, obtained a smaller property for $12.2 million after selling his South Florida estate for $55 million.
The family of Leslie Wexner, a billionaire and the founder and former CEO of L Brands, purchased the almost 32,000-square-foot estate that the Normans owned at 382 South Beach Road on Jupiter Island.
The Real Deal earlier stated that a contract had been signed. According to Realtor.com, the transaction was completed on April 7.

The property had been constructed and remodeled by Greg Norman, formerly the best golfer in the world, and his wife, who is the creator of Norman Design Group.
With Michelle Thomson of Coldwell Banker’s Thomson Team and Jill Hertzberg of The Jills Zeder Group, it was listed for close to $60 million.
The 8.3-acre Hobe Sound estate, which spans from the ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway, has 10 bedrooms, 12 baths, and six half-bathrooms in addition to a tennis house, pool house, boat house, beach house, and orchid house.
It offers 370 feet on the Intracoastal and more than 170 feet of coastline and water frontage.
