He was born on August 4, 1994, in Johannesburg South Africa to Ilana Joseph and Glen Joseph. He relocated to West Boca Raton, Florida in the USA with his family at age 7. He has two siblings. They are Marc and Dylan.
The 28-year-old professional footballer played football and basketball during his high school days at Donna Klein Jewish Academy. After moving to American Heritage School, he decided to focus fully on American football. He proceeded to play football at Florida Atlantic University.
