Jimmy Carter is an American retired politician who decided to “spend his remaining time at home with his family” in Plains, Georgia to “receive hospice care instead of additional medical intervention.” He served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981 and previously served as a Georgia state senator from 1963 to 1967, and as the 76th governor of Georgia from 1971 to 1975.

He is one of four children of his parents – James Earl Carter Sr. and his wife Lillian Carter. He happens to be the first child of his parents hence he has three younger siblings and Gloria Carter Spann happens to be one of them.

As previously stated, Gloria is late. She was born to her parents on October 22, 1926, in Plains, Georgia, United States but sadly passed away on March 5, 1990, in Americus, Georgia, United States. Accorsing to the information gathered, she died of complications from pancreatic cancer, at the age of 63.

She was a motorcyclist and activist. She was noted as one of the first women inducted into Harley-Davidson’s 100,000 Mile Club, was named Most Outstanding Female Motorcyclist in 1978 and worked as an activist for motorcycle rights.
