Joshua Allen Eads, better known by his stage name Ginger Minj, is an American drag queen, actor, singer-songwriter, and reality television star.
He was born on September 11, 1984. Minj returned to compete on the second and sixth seasons of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars after receiving notoriety for finishing as the runner-up in the seventh season of the reality television competition series.

Eads, who was raised in Florida’s Lake County, majored in theater. Eads underwent surgery for a gastrointestinal obstruction as a toddler. Rusty Fawcett, a retired performer from Orlando, is their drag mother.
In addition to acting in a number of stage performances, Minj has appeared in three Netflix original films: the comedy feature film Dumplin’ (2018), the animated series Super Drags, and RuPaul’s AJ and the Queen. Three studio albums by Minj have also been released: Sweet T (2016), Gummy Bear (2021), and Double Wide Diva (2021).
