President John Dramani Mahama of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has conceded defeat and subsequently congratulated the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo.
The President in a phone conversation congratulated Nana Akuffo Addo — a sign of defeat in the presidential race.
Even though the collations are not over, it is clear that Nana Addo is the potential winner.
Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, Ivor Greenstreet, Edward Mahama and Jacob Osei Yeboah have already congratulated Nana Akufo-Addo on his victory.
