The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) have reaffirmed to the populace their unwavering commitment to protecting citizens.
As part of Operation Maida Buuri, which was initiated to restore order, the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) have refuted reports that three people were killed in Sabongari, a suburb of Bawku, by soldiers stationed there.
In order to preserve peace, security, and the socioeconomic advancement of both Bawku and the nation at large, the Good People of Bawku are especially needed to assist the GAF and its sister security agencies in reducing tension. In a statement, the GAF asked for everyone in Ghana who values peace to lend their support.
It is also reported that the attackers were executed after being apprehended by government forces. Furthermore, it was proposed that at approximately 1930 hours, the Missiga Assemblyman personally approached the Bawku Detachment to negotiate the release of the deceased attackers. GAF wishes to be very clear that these allegations are without merit.
