George Cohen was an English professional footballer who played as a right-back for the English Premier League side Fulham.
He was inducted into the English Football Hall of Fame after helping England win the World Cup in 1966.

Life, after he retired from active football, was quite great for the late legendary footballer. He released George Cohen: My Autobiography in 2003 and sold quite a lot of copies around the world.
Aside from his bestselling autobiography, Cohen added his voice to the raging debate about the design of football in general.
“Designers have constantly tried to create more goals by using lighter and lighter balls. It was thought they would fly further and everyone loves to see a 30-yard screamer bend into the top corner. But things have gone too far,” he stated bluntly in an interview.
