The late Gary Simard was born in 1979 and was best known as a Methuen father. He has four children and he lived his whole life for his family, his partner, Alexis, and their four children three sons and a daughter who are Gary Jr. who is 13 years old, Matthew who is 11 years old, Olivia who is 8 years, and A.J. who is 6 years old. Gary Simard passed away at the age of 44 on September 21, 2023. Reports had it that, he died as a result of drowning on Wednesday afternoon at Salisbury Beach after trying to rescue one of his children. He was pronounced dead after he was transported to Seabrook Emergency Room, Essex County District Attorney Paul F. Tucker, and Salisbury police Chief Thomas Fowler said in a joint statement Thursday.
