Garn Stephens (April 10, 1936 – April 14, 2023) was an American actor and playwright who worked in film, television, and theatre. She was best recognized for her parts in Phyllis and the 1982 horror picture Halloween III: Season of the Witch.
Stephens began her career as a theatrical actor. In 1971, she portrayed Estelle in the original theatrical comedy Father’s Day, and the following year, she played Jan in the Broadway production of Grease.

The next year, Stephens landed a starring part in Cloris Leachman’s Golden Globe-winning television sitcom Phyllis, the second spin-off from The Mary Tyler Moore Show. Stephens was featured in several popular television shows from the late 1970s to the early 1990s, including Charlie’s Angels, Family Ties, Falcon Crest, and Quantum Leap.
