Franz Beckenbauer married his wife Heidi in 2006, and they were together till his death on January 8, 2023. The two were blessed with two children, a daughter called Francessca Beckenbauer and a son named Joel Beckenbauer.

Sybille Beckenbauer is the second wife of Franz Beckenbauer. The couple were married for fourteen years from 1990 to 2004. The two do not share any children.

Brigitte Beckenbauer was married to Franz Beckenbauer and she was his first wife. She died on April 16, 2021, in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. The couple married from 1966 to 1990. They lived together for twenty-four years and had three sons namely Thomas Beckenbauer, Stephan Beckenbauer, and Michael Beckenbauer.

Stephan Beckenbauer died, and he was a professional footballer. He died after a long illness on July 31, 2015, at the age of 46. Stephan’s son Luca is also a professional footballer, playing for SV Wacker Burghausen in the Regionalliga Bayern.
