The late actor, Frank, who played Rudy Vallelonga in the Oscar-winning film, was discovered in the Bronx after the NYPD reacted to a complaint about an unconscious guy on the street.
Upon reaching the location, they found a dead body in the street, which they later identified as Frank. The official cause of death is not yet confirmed.
The Cops confirmed that a suspect has been criminally charged with dumping Frank’s corpse, adding that the suspect told them that Frank had overdosed.
The Medical Examiner will now identify an official cause of death, according to police, who also confirmed that a suspect has been charged with dumping the actor’s body.
