Felton LaFrance Spencer was an American professional basketball player who played at the center position in the National Basketball Association. He was born on January 5, 1968, and passed away on March 12, 2023.

Spencer attended Eastern High School in Middletown, Kentucky, which is now part of Louisville. There, he was an all-state basketball player.

In the first year, Eastern was defeated by Metcalfe County, which was not widely regarded, 60-58 in the first round. Eastern was eliminated in the quarterfinals by Hazard High School as a senior a year later.

With 62.8%, he became the all-time leading field goal percentage leader. He assumed control over the middle situation as a senior in 1989-90 after Pervis Ellison left to join the NBA. Spencer led the Cardinals in scoring (14.9 points per game), rebounding (8.5 rebounds per game), blocked shots (69), and field goal percentage (68.1 percent) that season.
