Award-winning Ghanaian hiplife and afrobeats performer Mujahid Ahmed Bello ‘Fancy Gadam’ has been crowned the King of Music and Peace Ambassador of Dagbon Kingdom.
This honour comes just after he was snubbed at this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards despite pulling his weight during the calendar year.
He was crowned by the Overlord of Dagbon Kingdom, Naa Gbewaa II in Yendi today (March 19).
The “Customer” hitmaker shared the news through his social media accounts with excitement written all over his face.
To seal the honour, Fancy Gadam was given a smock.
He captioned the video: “I can’t express how happy I am to be crowned MUSIC KING / PEACE AMBASSADOR OF DAGBON by the overlord of Dagbon kingdom Naa Gbewaa II! Are you ready for 23rd?”
Fancy Gadam is also set for “Fancy Gadam & Friends Victory Concert” slated for March at Gbewa Palace in Yendi to celebrate the new Yaa Naa Mahamadu Abukari II.
