Nsoatreman FC’s head coach Maxwell Konadu has heaped praise on his team for their outstanding performance in their recent 2-1 victory over Legon Cities in the FA Cup semifinals.

The match, which took place at the WAFA Park on Saturday, saw Nsoatreman dominating the game with goals from Apetorgbor Foster and Eric Osei Bonsu in the 35th and 38th minutes, respectively. Although Legon Cities managed to pull one back through William Kwaku Adjei in the 60th minute, Nsoatreman held on to secure their spot in the finals.

Konadu was full of delight as he reflected on the hard work and dedication put in by his players. “We are very excited about the result that has put us in the final, and I have to first congratulate my boys for playing their hearts out,” he said. “I am very happy, finals are always special, but the qualifiers and semifinals are the most difficult ones, in my opinion. So, we are not taking anything away from Legon Cities, they played well.”

Now, as they bask in the glory of their FA Cup success, Nsoatreman is shifting their focus to their upcoming league fixture against Bibiani Gold Stars, as they aim to continue their impressive run in the ongoing season. The team is determined to maintain their winning momentum and push for more success in the upcoming matches.
