Previously, the $6.25 million townhouse in Chelsea owned by Ethan Hawke has been sold. We now know where Ethan’s road is going. According to Real Estalker, he recently purchased a townhouse in Boerum Hill for $3.9 million. He would therefore have a little more than $2 million for renovations if he could sell his Chelsea townhouse for even close to the asking amount.
However, based on the images, it doesn’t really appear essential given that the building underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2003, which included new wiring and plumbing. His property in Chelsea is similarly vibrant, has a bigger lawn, and has fireplaces in practically all of the rooms.

Howard Lemuel Green, Hawke’s maternal grandfather, was a minor-league baseball commissioner as well as the elected Tarrant County Judge in Texas from 1967 to 1975. He spent five terms in the Texas Legislature (1957–1967).
