The Telecel Ghana Music Awards Board has recently made an announcement regarding corrections to the nominations that were revealed a couple of weeks ago.
In a press release issued on April 15, 2024, the Board acknowledged that they were made aware of errors in the nominations by the artists themselves, prompting them to review and make necessary corrections.
One notable correction includes the nomination of Amerado’s Kwaku Ananse, which was initially left out of the nominations list. The song has now been nominated for the Popular Song of the Year category as well as the Highlife Song of the Year category.
This move by the Board demonstrates their commitment to fairness and transparency in the selection process for the Telecel Ghana Music Awards. Fans and supporters of Amerado will be delighted to see his work recognized in these prestigious categories.
