She has no children.

Her victory at the 2018 Hardee’s Pro Classic in Dothan, Alabama, propelled her into the top 200 in the doubles rankings for the first time, and her victory two weeks later in Charleston, South Carolina, sent her into the top 150. Her second-place finish in the Washington Open propelled her into the top 100. Her first WTA doubles triumph came in July 2021, at the 32nd Palermo Ladies Open.

Routliffe reached the quarter-finals of Wimbledon in 2022 with Alicja Rosolska, her greatest Grand Slam achievement.

She also reached the quarter-finals of the Australian Open mixed doubles with Michael Venus in 2022.

She has three Grand Slam titles, including the 2011 French Open and 2013 US Open in women’s doubles with compatriot Andrea Hlaváková, as well as the 2013 French Open in mixed doubles with Frantiek Ermák.

Hradecká also finished runner-up in women’s doubles at the 2012 Wimbledon Championships, the 2012 US Open, the 2016 Australian Open, and the 2017 US Open, as well as 2013 Australian Open and the 2015 French Open.
