At Manchester United, Erik ten Hag has already established the rules, dismissing a player for arriving twice late to team training sessions.

Prior to his first season in charge, the team was subjected to strict discipline as part of that process, and so far, it seems that most players have adopted the new guidelines. Having said that, not everyone has yet been able to catch up.
Rumors have it that during the Red Devils’ preseason tour of Asia and Australia, one unnamed player violated the new rules regarding punctuality.
He actually appeared to have missed two team meetings, and as a result, he was benched for a game during the tour.
According to the report, Ten Hag had intended to use the player during the game but decided to prioritize the rules because being late was seen as a sign that standards were starting to slip within the squad.
