Actor Eric Steven Ladin was born in the United States on February 16, 1978. At the USC School of Dramatic Arts, Ladin pursued his education.
Ladin has appeared in a number of episodes of the AMC series Mad Men as William Hofstadt and in the HBO miniseries Generation Kill as Corporal James Chaffin.
He has acted in the movies Left in Darkness, Cursed, and Toolbox Murders. In addition, he provides the voice for Cole MacGrath, the protagonist of Infamous, in all media starting with Infamous 2, as well as Ellis in the cooperative first-person shooter game Left 4 Dead 2.
In The Killing on AMC, Ladin portrayed Jamie Wright for two seasons. In the Law & Order: SVU episode “Rhodium Nights,” he made a guest appearance. Todd Kashima, a private in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, is voiced by him.
Ladin played J. Edgar Hoover in Boardwalk Empire and Gene Kranz in For All Mankind and Chris Kraft in The Right Stuff. He also has a recurring role as reporter Scott Anderson on the Amazon series Bosch. In 2020, Ladin starred in the feature psychological thriller film Painter with Betsy Randle.
