Gospel artiste, Empress Gifty Adorye claims the life of her husband, Hopeson Adorye is in danger.
Empress, while addressing her fans in one of her usual Tiktok live videos, was sent audio by an anonymous person, who alleged that her husband would die shortly after a meeting with an unnamed politician.
The informant added that Hopeson now a member of the Movement for Change will feel dizzy and become unresponsive, which will lead to his death.
The informant cautioned the celebrated gospel singer to take her information seriously, even if she does not believe it else she would become a widow just five years into her marriage. The news was distressing for Empress Gifty, who implored the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Dr. George Akuffu Dampare for assistance in locating the informant for immediate action.
Hopeson Adorye who is a former NPP parliamentary candidate of Kpone-Katamanso was among several prominent NPP figures, including Nana Ohene Ntow, Boniface Abubakar Saddique, and Yaw Buaben Asamoa, who were expelled from the party.
”Eye Woa” crooner has pledged to make an example of the informant who predicted doom for her marriage. Empress asked the police to hold the informant responsible if anything happened to her husband.
The controversial gospel musician went on to heap praises on her husband – she noted that Mr Hopeson Adorye is a good man. He only talks on the radio but he’s quiet when he is in the house. According to Empress Gifty, it hurts when people who do not know her husband insult him.
