Despite treating women empowerment agenda with some seriousness, Ghanaian entrepreneur, on-air-personality and host of the “Delay Show”, Deloris Frimpong Manso has said she has only men on her team.
Delay has travelled around the world and has advocated and empowered young women but not a single woman can be found on her team.
She made this revelation via her LinkedIn page a few days ago.
Delay shared a photo of her team having a makeup session and captioned it: “I’m big on Women Empowerment but I have only men on my team.”
However, she said there’s a reason behind her decision to have only men on her team but didn’t reveal it.
“There’s a reason!” Delay said.
Even though some of her followers questioned her decision, she refused to respond to any of the comments.
