Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogbah is a Nigerian-born American football defensive end for the National Football League’s Miami Dolphins (NFL). He attended Oklahoma State before being taken in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns.
Emmanuel was born in Lagos, Nigeria on November 6, 1993. At the age of nine, he relocated to Houston, Texas, in the United States. In Fort Bend County, Texas, he went to George Bush High School.
He is single and not dating anyone. We don’t know anything about his prior relationships or engagements.
He does not have children.
Emmanuel’s father is Richard Ogbah, who had to pursue a better life for him and his family. Despite earning a college degree and obtaining a lucrative job as a bank manager, Richard wanted more.
“My dad had a dream to come here. He wanted to give us a better life. So, for me, I just took the opportunity and ran with it.” Emmanuel said in an interview.
However, we do not know much about his mother and his siblings.
Emmanuel was committed to playing collegiate football at Oklahoma State University. He attended George Bush High School and Oklahoma State, and he picked Oklahoma State in part because of Russell Okung’s recommendations.
Ogbah played in all 13 games of the 2013 season after redshirting as a true freshman in 2012. He has 20 tackles and four sacks on the season. He was voted Big-12 Defensive Lineman of the Year as a sophomore in 2014 after compiling 49 tackles and 11 sacks.
