Elliott Tittensor is a British actor best known for portraying Carl Gallagher in the Channel 4 comedy-drama Shameless. Elliott Tittensor is Luke Tittensor’s identical twin brother. They both grew up in Heywood, Greater Manchester, and went to Heywood Community High School.

Elliott was featured on the cover of Attitude magazine in January 2010. He also had an appearance in Plan B’s Stay Too Long music video.
