Christian Holmes V is the younger brother of Elizabeth Holmes. He is the son of Christian Rasmus Holmes IV and Noel Anne Holmes.
His father, Christian Rasmus Holmes IV was the former vice president of an energy company named Enron. The company however went bankrupt following an accounting fraud scandal. His father later held executive positions in some government agencies such as USAID, the EPA, and USTDA.
His mother, Noel Anne, worked as a Congressional committee staffer.
Christian Holmes V graduated from Duke University. Though he did not have any prior medical science experience, he was hired as an employee of his sister’s company, Theranos.
He joined the company as an Associate Director of Product Management. Later he was promoted to the Director of Product Management before becoming the Director of Commercial Operations.
