Eddie Gorodetsky is a writer and producer for television.

He has been creating Christmas compilations that he sends to friends and family for more than 20 years, and they include uncommon and unheard-of songs from many different genres. In the early 1990s, his first commercially published song was Christmas Party with Eddie G.

He also produced Bob Dylan’s weekly radio program Theme Time Radio Hour and appeared in Paul Provenza and Penn Jillette’s documentary The Aristocrats. Gorodetsky was also responsible for Dylan’s cameo on the episode of Dharma and Greg called “Play Lady Play” from 1999.

Bob Dylan’s album “Love and Theft” included Gorodetsky in a Kinka Usher-directed music video where Dylan and magician Ricky Jay are seen playing poker. Gorodetsky is a co-creator of the 2013 television series Mom on CBS.
