Professional wrestler Dustin Patrick Runnels was born in the United States on April 11, 1969. Currently, he is affiliated with All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he competes as Dustin Rhodes. His many employments with WWE between 1995 and 2019 under the ring moniker Goldust are what made him most famous.
He is a second-generation wrestler who is the half-brother of Cody Rhodes and the son of WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes. He is also well recognized for his performances in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling and World Championship Wrestling (WCW) (TNA).
Runnels has won a total of 23 championships in the WWF/WWE and WCW. In WCW, he held the titles of United States Heavyweight Champion twice, Six-Man Tag Team Champion once, and World Tag Team Champion twice.
He is a three-time Intercontinental Champion, a nine-time Hardcore Champion, a one-time World Tag Team Champion, and a two-time WWE Tag Team Champion in the WWF/WWE. Runnels also has the fourth most Royal Rumble appearances, with 13. Throughout the 1990s, Runnels headlined numerous pay-per-view events for the WWF and WCW.
