Duncan who was the unit production manager, assistant director, and producer with credits including Dead Poets Society, Master and Commander, The Perfect Storm, and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone as previously stated has died at the age of 72.
According to the report, he passed away battling pancreatic cancer – cancer that forms in the cells of the pancreas.
