Famous Ghanaian actor cum NDC’s parliamentary candidate for the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency, John Dumelo has been accused of creating a fake account on Twitter to deceive Ghanaians about soliciting for accommodation for a Level 100 student of the University of Ghana.
A purported Twitter user, apparently a fresh student of the University of Ghana, who bears the account name, Enyonamm, tweeted to thank John Dumelo for sorting out her accommodation issue. John Dumelo then thanked her with his widely known verified account and also promised to assist her friends’ accommodation issues.

Some Twitter users are however claiming the account with the name Enyonamm is a fake account created by John Dumelo with the ultimate purpose of deceiving Ghanaians, notably constituents of the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency about his competence to address challenges facing students of the nation’s premier university.
One user claims that she knows the lady whose details were allegedly used by John Dumelo to create the catfish account.
That Enyonamm1 account is a catfish. John Dumelo smh. I know the girl personally. She isn't a fresh student and she already has accommodation.

The actor, in another tweet has actually promised to resolve the perennial accommodation challenges which has been bedeviling the University located in the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency. He has however since deleted the said tweet.
He has also been questioned on how he seeks to address this issue. The ace actor is yet to disclose a road map that details how he will resolve the accommodation challenges the university has been facing over the years.
