Dreams FC organise dinner to refresh after intense CAF Confederation Cup campaign

President of the Ghana Football Association, Kurt Okraku, recently made an appearance at Dreams FC’s team dinner at the AH Hotel in East Legon, Accra. The dinner was organized to commemorate the team’s outstanding performance in the CAF Confederation tournament.

Dreams FC surprised many by making it to the semifinals of the competition in their debut season. Unfortunately, their journey was cut short last Sunday when they faced a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Egypt’s Zamalek. Despite a goalless draw in the first leg in Cairo, Dreams FC was unable to secure a win and bowed out of the competition with a 3-0 aggregate score.

Nonetheless, Dreams FC made history by becoming the first Ghanaian team in 20 years to reach the semifinals of the CAF Confederation tournament. The team still has a chance to return to the competition if they emerge victorious in this season’s FA Cup.

Dreams FC is set to go head-to-head with Soccer Intellectuals on Thursday in a crucial match that could potentially secure them a spot in the semifinals. Fans are eagerly awaiting the outcome of this match as Dreams FC aims to continue their impressive run in the competition.
