The LAPD says the cops were called to the rapper’s Beverly Hills-adjacent mansion last Friday after an employee saw someone near the pool house.
Police questioned the 23-year-old who claimed 35 Drake was his dad and he was just waiting for him to come home.
The man was arrested for misdemeanor trespassing even though the intruder never made it inside the house.
Grand had bought the estate from singer Robbie Williams for $75 million.
The police say at the time of the arrest, Drake wasn’t home. As we reported, he’s been spending time in Sweden.
