Aubrey Drake Graham is a Canadian rapper, singer, and actor who was born on October 24, 1986 in Toronto, Ontario.
Drake, a major player in current popular music, is credited with popularizing singing and R&B tendencies in hip hop.
Following his success as Jimmy Brooks in the CTV teen drama series Degrassi: The Next Generation (2001–08), Drake pursued a music career, releasing his debut mixtape Room for Improvement in 2006, followed by the mixtapes Comeback Season (2007) and So Far Gone (2009) before signing with Young Money Entertainment.
Drake released “War” on December 24, 2019, along with a music video that was widely praised for its UK drill-inspired instrumental.
The next day, he confirmed in an interview with Rap Radar that he was working on his sixth studio album.

Honestly, Nevermind is Drake’s seventh studio album, which was released on June 17, 2022 by OVO Sound and Republic Records.
Drake took to Instagram on June 16, 2022 to announce the imminent release of his seventh studio album Honestly, Nevermind, with a next-day release date of June 17, 2022.
Prior to the release, he debuted a few of tracks on the Sirius XM radio station.
On June 17, at midnight, the album was made available via streaming sites.
