Dr. Oware-Mensah has been appointed by the Black Queen Management Committee to serve as chair

The appointment of Dr. Gifty Oware-Mensah, the owner of Women’s Premier League team Berry Ladies and a member of the Ghana Football Association’s Executive Council, to chair the Black Queens’ management committee has been enthusiastically endorsed.

With a plethora of expertise, Dr. Oware-Mensah brings a vibrant and enterprising approach to football administration to her new position.

The football community has come to trust and support her because of her noteworthy accomplishments in the profession and her incomparable level of knowledge.

With the women’s football seat won in the recently held elections, she is serving on the Executive Council for the first time and receives this endorsement.

In addition to her football pursuits, Dr. Oware-Mensah is the Deputy Executive Director of the National Service Scheme, where she demonstrates her adaptability and leadership in a variety of roles.

The leadership group has been bolstered by the appointment of Alhaji Salifu Zida, Chairman of the Upper East Regional Football Association, as Vice Chairman of the Committee.

ASP Naomi Abdulai, Rose Osei Bonsu, and Nana Fosu Gyeabour II will also be members of the Committee. For the Black Queens, the creation of this Management Committee represents a turning point.

It is predicted that the Black Queens will see positive advancements and strategic direction as they get ready for upcoming competitions, thanks to Dr. Oware-Mensah’s leadership and the Committee members’ combined knowledge.
