Borrusia Dortmund is well-known for its astute transfer business, and this summer has been no exception. The Bundesliga club moved quickly after losing Erling Haaland to Manchester City for only £51 million.
It is said that eight new signings have been recruited thus far, and there has also been a change in the dugout, with Edin Terzic taking over as manager from Marco Rose.
While losing the 21year old Haaland is a setback, Dortmund has found a straight substitute in Sebastien Haller.
In addition, seven more have joined for just an extra £26 million on top of the £51 million gained through the sale of Haaland.
Dortmund will be hopeful that their business can help them make a title assault next season after arch-rivals Bayern Munich won the Bundesliga for the eleventh time in consecutively last season.
Surprisingly West Ham flop Haller performed admirably after joining Ajax in January of last year. Last season, the 28-year-old scored 34 goals in 42 games, including an astonishing 11 goals in eight Champions League appearances.
