Actor Donal Francis Logue was born in Canada on February 27, 1966. In addition to playing Detective Harvey Bullock on Fox’s Gotham, he has appeared in the TV shows Sons of Anarchy, Vikings, Grounded for Life, Copper, and Terriers. He also played Steve in the movie The Tao of Steve. In addition, he had a recurring part in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit on NBC as Lt. (then Captain) Declan Murphy.
He performed the roles of Capt. Ellis Spear in the 1993 film Gettysburg, Judd Bromell, a movie agent on the episode of Northern Exposure titled “Baby Blues,” and an FBI agent in The X-Files episode titled “Squeeze.” Jimmy The Cab Driver, played by Logue, was a common figure in MTV advertisements in the early 1990s. In 2000, he also made appearances in The Patriot and Blade. He appeared in the movies Purple Violets and The Groomsmen, both directed by Edward Burns.
