In the town of Blytheville in the state of Arkansas, Don Wesley Stallings was brought into the world by his parents, John Wesley Stallings Jr. and Virginia Elizabeth Haynes. Don was a devout follower of the Clear Lake Baptist Church in addition to his service in the Arkansas National Guard.
