
Thomas Lee Bass is a musician from the United States and a founding member of the heavy metal band Mötley Crüe. Lee created the rap-metal band Methods of Mayhem and has explored solo musical endeavors in addition to being the band’s long-term drummer.
In the aforementioned “MTV Cribs” episode, Tommy could be seen highlighting specific areas of the house, such as the basement disco and the tropical-themed swimming pool, as well as boasting about unique features such as his own professionally installed Starbucks cappuccino machine and a sex swing in his bedroom.
According to Ultimate Classic Rock, his return to a full performance took place at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte on the seventh leg of the tour.
Lee was born Thomas Lee Bass on October 3, 1962, in Athens, Greece.
Lee was four years old when he received his first drumsticks, and he was a teenager when he received his first full drum equipment. He dropped out of high school to pursue a musical career, beginning with the L.A. club band Suite 19.
He listened to Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Cheap Trick, Kiss, AC/DC, and Sweet as a youngster. John Bonham, Tommy Aldridge, Alex Van Halen, and Terry Bozzio are his primary drumming inspirations.
