Peter Uihlein was once tied for 12th place in his debut professional Challenge Tour event, the Gujarat Kensville Challenge in 2012.
Uihlein has also competed on the Sunshine Tour, finishing T4 in the 2013 Tshwane Open, a co-sanctioned event with the European Tour. Uihlein won his first professional title in 2013 at the Madeira Islands Open, a European Tour and Challenge Tour tournament.
