Paul Duane Beauregard, better known by his stage name DJ Paul, is an American DJ, record producer, and rapper from Memphis, Tennessee. He was born on January 12, 1977.
He was the late rapper Lord Infamous’ uncle and a founding member of the hip-hop crew Three 6 Mafia. Additionally, he shares ownership of FaZe Clan.
At the age of 11, DJ Paul began his professional career in Memphis’ “380 Beale” club. He initially intended to concentrate on DJing rather than rapping. Together with his nephew Lord Infamous, he established the band The Serial Killaz in 1989.
As the producer, Paul created the tracks that Infamous would rap over. Without any equipment of their own, the two used the money their father provided them to hire the studio of a local DJ Just Born.
When his mother wasn’t home, Paul would play and scratch records on the record player. At their community, at their school, and in nearby stores, they distributed their own tapes.
