Dine’ Nizhoni Hill, Nasbah Hill, Nanabah Hill and Nabahe Hill, meet Charlie Hill children

Native American stand-up comedian Charles Allan Hill was also an actor and belonged to the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin.

He contributed writing to the Roseanne TV show. He was the first Native American comedian on television.

Charlie Hill had Cree and Mohawk ancestry.  His birth was on July 6th, 1951 in Detroit, Michigan. He graduated from West De Pere High School in 1969 and went on to major in speech and theater at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

He joined his ancestors on December 30, 2013.

Who are Charlie Hill children?

Charlie Hill married Lenora Hatathlie in 1980, and the two went on to have four children: Dine ‘Nizhoni Hill, Nasbah Hill, Nanabah Hill, and Nabahe Hill. On his 71st birthday, the children also celebrated their father.

In addition to his wife Lenora, Charlie Hill is survived by his four children. Over ten years after his loss, they gathered together to honor Hill while working on the creation of his Google Doodle.
