According to sources, Culkin took a break from acting in 1994 but he later returned in 2003 with a guest appearance on the television show Will & Grace and a role in the film Party Monster.
He reportedly took a break because he felt tired of the industry and his parents’ control over him. Culkin allegedly told his parents: “I’m done, guys. Hope you all made your money because there is no more coming from me.”
