According to rumors Arne Naess Jr., a Norwegian shipping magnate and the former husband of singer Diana Ross, died while climbing in the mountains near Cape Town.

He was climbing alone, with only ropes and a harness, when he apparently slipped and fell about 320 feet to his death. Arne Naess will always be remembered as a caring father to his five children.
Nearly over three and half decades ago Diana Ross married her second husband and soulmate Arne Naess Jr. They did, however, have two sons together, Ross Arne and Evan Olav.
He entered the relationship with his three older children from a previous relationship. Katinka, Christoffer, and folk singer Leona Naess. Diana Ross’s kids are just one year apart with Ross Arne being 35 years currently and his younger sibling Evan 34.
