Devonte Malik Wyatt is an American football defensive end for the National Football League’s Green Bay Packers (NFL). Wyatt was raised in Decatur, Georgia, and graduated from Towers High School.

Wyatt was a three-star recruit who originally committed to play college football at South Carolina before switching to Georgia. Wyatt was ruled academically ineligible to play at the University of Georgia and did not enroll. After considering entering the 2021 NFL Draft, Wyatt decided to use the extra year of eligibility granted to college athletes who played in the 2020 season due to the coronavirus pandemic and return to Georgia for a fifth season.
In the 2021 season, Wyatt was named first-team All-Southeastern Conference by the league’s coaches and a second-team All-American by the Associated Press. Wyatt declared for the NFL Draft on January 15, 2022.
