DeShon Elliott, a free safety for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League, was born on April 21, 1997. (NFL). In the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft, the Baltimore Ravens selected him out of Texas’ collegiate football program.
Elliott played high school football at Rockwall-Heath High School in Heath, Texas. He made a commitment to play college football at the University of Texas.
Elliott participated in seven games while a freshman at Texas in 2015, compiling 13 tackles and two interceptions. He participated in 12 games as a sophomore, including one start.
