DeForest George Buckner is an American football defensive tackle with the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League, was born on March 17, 1994, and is now 28 years old. He attended the University of Oregon for his collegiate football career, and the San Francisco 49ers selected him in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
2019 saw Buckner selected to the second team of the All-Pro Pro Bowl while playing for the 49ers. He was chosen for the Colts’ first-team All-Pro team in 2020, and the following year, he made the Pro Bowl.
The parents of Buckner were an African American father and a Samoan mother. He was a four-star recruit and went to Punahou School in Honolulu, Hawaii. Kaimi Fairbairn, the Houston Texans’ kicker at the moment, and Buckner were teammates as well.
