Fraser’s death was confirmed by Joy Mbewana, the head of the Cultural and Creative Industries of South Africa (CCIFSA), and a family friend who was there at the hospital when Fraser was declared dead. “Debra is no longer with us. “Her body is currently being transported to the hospital mortuary,” the pal stated.
