David Sullivan is a Welsh businessman and former pornographer who was born on 5 February 1949. At the University of London’s Queen Mary College, he received his economics degree. He controlled the Daily Sport and Sunday Sport from 1986 to 2007, when he sold them for £40 million.
Sullivan is valued at £1.2 billion in 2019 according to The Sunday Times Rich List. Following the passing of David Gold, he became the chairman and the team’s largest individual shareholder at West Ham United F.C. in the Premier League. He had previously served as Birmingham City’s joint chairman.
