David Gold, the co-chairman of the well-liked Premier League team Wesh Ham, passed yesterday at the age of 86.
David Gold reportedly died on December 4, 2023, after a brief illness.
The club’s co-chairman, David Sullivan, has released a statement in memory of the late David Gold.
“On behalf of the entire football team, we express our deep grief and heavy hearts over the loss of our friend and colleague, David Gold.
His demise is a big loss for all of us since he always wanted what was best for West Ham United.
On September 9, 1936, David Gold was born in Stepney, London, the United Kingdom.
David Gold succumbed to a brief illness on December 4, 2023.

Lesley, David Gold’s fiancée, is left behind. Prior to Beryl Hunt, he was married to her from 1952 to 1972.
Jacqueline Gold and Vanessa Gold, David Gold’s daughters, are the only ones left. Vanessa Gold (born in 1966) serves as the company’s managing director, while Jacqueline Gold (born in 1960) serves as the company’s CEO.
